Going for a stroll makes you gain weight!

… unless you’re exercising enough to raise your heart rate, according to a study from the Harvard School of Public Health. ¬†Over a 16 year period they followed more than 18,000 women and found that those who just strolled gained about 20 lbs over the 16-year period, whilst those who walked at greater than 3mph kept their weight down, or lost weight.

Nordic Walking, or Walking for Happiness is just the thing, of course!
